PACKAGING GRAPHICS NAMED MWBE OF THE YEAR BY PROCTER & GAMBLE
Awarded at P&G’s Thirteenth Annual Supplier Diversity Awards Luncheon

PAWTUCKET RI –November 5, 2007—Packaging Graphics, a division of The MATLET Group, was named MWBE supplier of the year at Procter & Gamble’s Thirteenth Annual Supplier Diversity Awards Luncheon and Networking Symposium in Northern Kentucky Wednesday October 17, 2007.  The company was nominated by Procter & Gamble’s North American Carton Team in the category of $1 million to $5 million in sales to P&G.

Packaging Graphics produces blister card and folded carton packaging at its 300,000 square foot facility located in Pawtucket, RI for P&G’s Gillette brand.  Packaging Graphics  was cited at the awards ceremony for 100% on-time delivery; the development of an environmentally friendly poly-coated board which eliminated the need for solvent coatings, and created a cost savings for P&G; and the establishment of its own supplier diversity program.
